You spin me right round baby, right round – our 80’s Spin Session this March will cycle off those lockdown pounds. A live, virtual 60-minute high-intensity class led by our very own no-nonsense spin master, Natalie Jackson from Override Spin Studio in Woodside Park, will be accompanied by a fabulous 80’s soundtrack on Saturday 6 March at 7pm.
All you need a static bike at home and a whole load of enthusiasm.
