A Smile Gift is a financial donation to Spread a Smile which will enable us to spread more smiles to seriously ill children. You may wish to purchase a Smile Gift in lieu of a present for a loved one’s birthday, anniversary, Hanukkah, a Bar or Bat Mitzvah celebrations.
