Smile Gift – Hospital visit

For the children we support, serious illness often means long periods of time in hospital for tests and treatment. The days can be extremely worrying, upsetting and isolating, spent on hospital wards or in isolation rooms, away from family and friends and with limited distractions and fun.

When Spread a Smile’s entertainers visit children in hospital, we bring moments of joy and respite, helping to distract patients and their families from the clinical setting and procedures that surround them.

£26 will help pay for one of our entertainers – from musicians to singers, magicians, therapy dogs, artists and poets – to visit a seriously ill child in hospital, helping to spread smiles during these difficult times.

£2.95 will be added to your order for the greetings card and 1st class postage and packaging
