Spread a Smile is a registered charity that supports the wellbeing of seriously ill and hospitalised children during extended hospital stays and treatment. Our services are available, free of charge, to all children up to the age of 18 under the care of our NHS hospital partners.
We offer a host of activities and entertainment to support your children, their siblings and family while your child is in hospital or at home. Please see a list of our current activities below, each with details on how to apply/participate.

Summer Party!
It’s that time of year again… time for our annual Summer Party! We would love for you to join us at Coram’s fields on Thursday 25th July for a fun day out for the whole family. There will be lots of activities to get involved with and performances from your favourite entertainers, as well as lots of delicious treats. We hope to see you there!
Smile TV
Smile TV is our entertainment channel full of pre-recorded videos from our entertainers and special celebrity guests. Watch magic shows, sing-a-long to your favourite nursery rhymes, popular music and musicals, join in with art and craft tutorials, enjoy nail art sessions, yoga classes and much more.

Music Lessons
Spread a Smile offers piano and singing lessons. These virtual lessons are booked on a one-to-one basis and are led by our talented, trained musicians. Click above to sign up and find out more.
Fledge Tuition
Spread a Smile works with Fledge Tuition to provide online tuition in a one-to-one or small group setting with qualified teachers. Covering English, Maths and Science, the tuition is available for students in school year 1 through to year 11. To find out more, please email events@spreadasmile.org.
