This Christmas, Spread a Smile is hosting a Silent Auction and Prize Draw to raise vital funds for seriously ill children and their families. Running from Monday 17 November to Tuesday 9 December our online auction and prize draw is your chance to bid and donate to win some brilliant prizes whilst also helping us to spread even more smiles when they are needed most, this Christmas and beyond.
