Spread a Smile is a registered charity that supports the wellbeing of seriously ill and hospitalised children during extended hospital stays and treatment. Our services are available, free of charge, to all children up to the age of 18 under the care of our NHS hospital partners.
Services for families: We offer a range of activities and entertainment to support your child, their siblings and family while your child is in hospital or at home. Information for Healthcare Professionals: We currently work in partnership with 39 NHS hospitals and 6 hospices, supporting seriously ill babies, children and young people. Please get in touch to find out how we support our current healthcare settings or if you are interested in finding out more about working together in the future.

Spread a Smile organises a variety of events and outings for the families we support, including theatre and cinema trips, afternoon teas, brunches, parties and more. Smile TV
Smile TV is our entertainment channel full of pre-recorded videos from our entertainers, plus exclusive celebrity interviews and messages from the worlds of sport and entertainment. Watch magic shows, sing-a-long to your favourite nursery rhymes, popular music and musicals, join in with art and craft tutorials, enjoy nail art sessions, yoga classes and much more. Virtual group sessions
Join our virtual group sessions from Monday to Friday at 11am, 4pm, and 5pm. With art, magic, story telling and more, there really is something for everyone.
