Our incredibly popular Comedy Night will return on Monday 17 November 2025 to The Comedy Store London and we hope you’ll join us.
Hosted and curated by Spread a Smile Ambassador, Suzi Ruffell, guests can look forward to a brilliant night of stand-up comedy, with Tom, Allen, Rhys James and Harriet Kemsley and more names to be announced soon.

In November 2024, Suzi was joined at our Comedy Night by the amazing Tom Allen, Nish Kumar, Chantel Nash, Jack Skipper and Ania Magliano for a fantastic evening of laughs, smiles and also magic, thanks to a special appearance from former BGT winner, the military mind reader Richard Jones. It’s always a night to remember and so far over £100,000 has been raised over the last five years, helping to fund our work spreading smiles to seriously ill children and young people.
