From 14 December the Spread a Smile entertainers will be joining Santa in his grotto at the North Pole and your child and their sibling/s can join them via video conferencing.
Children in hospital – If your child is in hospital, please speak to a member of the hospital play team regarding availability. Siblings and other family members can also join in the fun from home.
Children at home – for visits for children in out patient care and shielding at home and their siblings please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest. We will return with further details about how to apply for a grotto visit.

From mid December we will be delivering more than 1,200 toys, games and treats to children and teenagers in the care of our hospital/hospice partners.
At this time and while we are unable to visit the children in person, the gifts will be distributed to children and teenagers on the wards by the hospital play teams.
A Smile Hamper is a complimentary gift box containing a selection of toys, games and treats for children at home who are receiving care from one of our hospital/hospice partners.
It is our gift to your child and their siblings with the aim of supporting them through their treatment over Christmas and the difficult realities of extended periods of isolation at home.
Please note the deadline for applying for a Smile Hamper has now passed. Deliveries will be made to children’s homes on 5th & 6th December (lockdown restrictions allowing).
