Supporting Spread a Smile is fun and rewarding and there are many ways to help – whether it’s by attending an event, running, cycling, swimming, dancing or even cutting your hair! Whether you'd like to take part on your own, in a team, at work, at school, there are lots of ways to raise money to help sick children and their families.
We are funded entirely by donations and receive no statutory funding. See how we use the vital funds you raise here
