Shaun Simons
Chair, Founder

Shaun is a Co-founder of Compton, the leading office and investment agency in the City Fringe boasting a market share of approximately 50%.

He previously founded Hatton Real Estate and sold to Colliers in 2016. Shaun was a Director of Colliers International and was head of the City Fringe Department.

The City Fringe District has been an area of specialism for over 20 years. Shaun has transacted hundreds of investment deals and thousands of leasing deals throughout the economic cycles.

In 2022, Compton have brokered in excess of 1,000,000 sq ft in the district. He is an advisor to the GLA and the UK Government regarding policy for the district.

Michael Mirelman

Ekaterina Avdonina

Ekaterina leads the Mirastar platform and is widely recognised as a leading Pan-European logistics and real estate expert, regularly contributing her insights at industry panels

and in leading logistics publications.

She co-founded Delin Properties in 2011, initially serving as Head of Investments before progressing to Managing Director. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in transforming the business into a fully integrated Pan-European logistics development and asset management platform. Under her leadership, Delin secured third-party investment through three major mandates, expanding the development pipeline and increasing assets under management from €400 million to more than €1.3 billion in under three years.

Earlier in her career, Ekaterina gained international experience with ING Real Estate in the Netherlands and GVA in Moscow, building the strong cross-border expertise that continues to shape her leadership today.
