Hospital wards can feel isolated and lonely. Anything we can do to brighten up the patients’ time there is important.
Marina, our Head of Arts visited The Robin Ward last week to create images on the windows (selected by the children).

Patients come to Robin Ward and stay in isolation (away from other patients). The length of stay on Robin ward ranges from short-term to longer so we go into the ward and speak to the @goshplayteam who ask the children or parents what their interests and hobbies are.
Marina said “It’s lovely knowing that the children have their favourite characters or football team on their window. It’s bespoke for them and creates lovely smiles.”
